I look for rain when the leaves begin to turn
Lady-in-waiting of a place called
October
County Tyne and Wear
Buried in my cemetery
Autumn showers relax the earth
Release the bones of sacred love
Murdered
I kill, and kill again
‘Neath the falling sky
I kill you with affection in my heart
again, and again
So poignant yet so brilliantly written.

Favorite lines:
“Autumn showers relax the earth
Release the bones of sacred love”
Earth being showered by humanities relaxation.
When stress or anxiety bones release, the battle of love heals the moments of poetry and wisdom.

Maybe whoever you’re killing with affection knows 🙂
but they are just enjoying the affectionate murder.
Good way to die really. Better than being eaten by a shark.

To me, it’s mercy. Because I cannot live my life with him. But the mercy he does not accept. And I feel like a murderer. Because I am, in a sense.

I’m curious about this him….?
Does he realise you are being merciful? Or is he just feeling being murdered?

He does not think I am being merciful.

Perhaps if he did then the ease of you feeling murderous would subside.

How is that unfortunate? What a beautiful way to die!

Ask the man who dies repeatedly. Unfortunately, this is auto-biographical. ❤

I think maybe there is something here that I am unaware of. Did i miss the obvious?
It’s a beautiful poem.

Thank you. It’s about a past relationship, and trying to bury it–keep it in the past.

I’m sorry. Relationships are like people in that way, when they end. Exactly like people. A part of us dies, and all we have are memories. No matter how bad the relationship was overall, there are always some good parts.

I feel the same. A tingling sensation all over that I believe is visceral happiness radiating from my medulla. My face hurts from smiling, in the most beautiful way. 🙂 I’m proud and happy to be your friend, for as long as you want me. ❤
